From your dashboard, click "New Project" and enter the project title and client name. HubDesk will generate a secure token-based review link for your client automatically.

Open your project and locate the "Evidence & Versions" panel on the right sidebar. You can either drag & drop an MP4, MOV, or MKV file, or click the upload zone to browse. HubDesk simulates the upload → transcoding pipeline and saves a proxy version URL.

When you deliver a revised version, click the "Stack new MP4 video revision" zone again. HubDesk automatically increments the version number (V1, V2, V3...) and your client will see the latest cut by default.

Once you have two or more versions, use the "Compare Reference cuts" button at the top of the workspace to play two versions side-by-side in sync for quick visual comparison.
