Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of HubDesk, a professional video review and client collaboration platform operated by HubDesk Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,”). By creating an account or using HubDesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use HubDesk. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, is illegal, defamatory, or harmful
  • Use HubDesk to distribute malware, spam, or conduct phishing attacks
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the HubDesk platform
  • Resell or sublicense HubDesk without explicit written permission
  • Use automated bots or scrapers to access platform data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

HubDesk offers the following subscription plans:

Starter — $19/month

  • • 5 active projects
  • • 500 GB storage
  • • 3 team members
  • • Email notifications

Pro Studio — $49/month

  • • Unlimited projects
  • • 2 TB storage
  • • Unlimited team members
  • • Custom domain (Q3 2026)

All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes. We may update pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

⚠️ Important: Read before cancelling

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, your account enters a read-only mode for 30 days. You can still access and download your projects but cannot create new ones or upload new assets.
  • After 30 days, all project data, video files, and comments are permanently deleted from our servers.
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers who cancel within 7 days of their initial purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the video content, creative assets, and project files you upload to HubDesk. By uploading content, you grant HubDesk a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and serve your content for the purpose of operating the platform. We do not claim ownership of your content, nor do we use it for advertising or training AI models.

The HubDesk platform, brand, logos, UI designs, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of HubDesk Ltd. and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

6. Service Availability & SLA

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the HubDesk platform. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or DDoS attacks.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HubDesk and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to HubDesk in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email. Your continued use of HubDesk after that period constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
